We see adults age 18 and older for various health-related issues. If you have a specific symptom or condition you'd like to discuss, call us today to see how we can support your journey to better health.
Visits are eligible to be billed through insurance.
If you do not have insurance or would like to pay out-of-pocket, a discounted cash-pay rate of $250 is available for first time visits, and $125 for follow-up appointments. This rate applies only when insurance is not billed and must be selected prior to your visit.If you have insurance but have not yet met your deductible, your cost will be based on your insurance's contracted rate, which may be higher or lower than the cash-pay rate. We recommend contacting your insurance prior to your visit if you are unsure.
Please note: Cash-pay rates are not available for visits billed to Medicare or Medicaid. Those visits will be billed to your insurance as required by law.Labs/treatments will be additional cost.

We offer precise body composition analysis using the InBody 380 technology for just $50 per comprehensive assessment for new patients.
Existing patients $25 per analysis (outside of a routine visit; otherwise is included in follow-up visits).

We are not a primary care provider. Clients are encouraged to maintain a relationship with their primary care provider for these essential services. Our role is that of a consultant or specialist to support and enhance your overall health journey.
We can accept FSA/HSA as payment
We do not submit visits to insurance, other than Medicare or Medicaid. You may ask for a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement upon your request. Note that it will be your responsibility to submit this yourself to your insurance company.
