Our Team
Bonnie Hoewing, DNP, AG-ACNP, Dip-ACLM
Nurse Practitioner
I'm Bonnie Hoewing, DNP, a board-certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with additional board certification in Lifestyle Medicine. As a former local Homedale High School graduate, now with over 17 years of hospital and critical care experience (working as first a CNA, later as a registered nurse and eventually nurse practitioner), I'm deeply committed to serving the community I call home.
Specialized Services:
Lifestyle and natural treatment for the prevention and reversal of chronic conditions such as:
Type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance
High blood pressure
High cholesterol
Heart disease
Depression and anxiety
Medically Supervised Weight Loss Programs
Comprehensive lab testing to identify root causes
Personalized wellness and lifestyle plans
My approach begins with a comprehensive evaluation to uncover the root causes of your health challenges. Rather than simply treating symptoms, I work to identify and address the underlying factors driving disease, making reversal—not just management—possible. By combining evidence-based lifestyle medicine with holistic health strategies, I create customized treatment plans that support whole-person wellness. My passion for this work stems from my own journey overcoming health challenges through lifestyle medicine, and I'm dedicated to helping others achieve the same transformative results.
